The rooms are luxuriously appointed with one of the most comfortable beds I've experienced, but small issues like a loose shelf and clogged nozzles in the rainshower can be a nuisance. The location is outstanding, especially for those interested in exploring the main sights of Mexico City on foot, but may not provide the authentic leisure experience some seek. Wow, this hotel was just amazing! The rooms were immaculate, large, modern, and had stunning views of the city. However, the shower setup caused flooding in the bathroom due to the rainshower and handheld showerhead placement. The service, especially from the St Regis team, was top-notch, attentive, and truly made my stay wonderful. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Roma, Condesa, major museums, and Castillo, making it super convenient to explore the city. The dining experience was delightful, with creative gourmet renditions of local dishes that I enjoyed a lot. The facilities were excellent, from the beautiful pool to everything in between.
